Full body strength workout for maximum results!

This is a full body, strength workout incorporating my 4 techniques to Train Smarter: pyramid sets, drop sets, squeezing the muscle and active rests. Everything is clearly demonstrated so you can follow along, confident that you’ll be getting maximum results for all your effort!

This workout uses no equipment, but you will need a few different sets of dumbbells – ideally at least four sets – ranging from very light to a weight that feels challenging for you. I used 1, 2, 3 & 4 kilo sets (2, 5, 7 & 9 pounds)
