I need your help!

I want this to be a place where you can read about topics that are relevant and helpful to you. Perhaps you’re concerned about losing weight during menopause, or you want to start a strength training program but have never trained before. You may be hankering for more menu suggestions, or maybe you watched one of my videos and you’d like me to go into more detail. Whatever it is, if it’s to do with diet, weight loss, nutrition, health, fitness, body transformation, folding a fitted sheet (one of my secret superpowers!) or just living your most fabulous life over 50, I’d love to blog about it.
