6 Minute FLAT ABS Workout
No equipment – just use your melon!
I have created a 6 minute workout to strengthen your core and flatten your abs. There’s no equipment – instead we’re using a melon as a medicine ball! This routine targets your deep abdominal muscles to flatten your belly fast. It’s a quick, fun, super-effective (and delicious!) workout that I do with you, so it’s very easy to follow. Suitable for beginners as well as more advanced exercises, and can be done daily.
