My 5 Favourite Exercises

For a strong and shapely body over 50: easy and effective!

These are my 5 favourite strength training exercises! I love them because they are easy to master, not too taxing and give me the quickest results. Even if I’m not in the mood to work out, I can always manage a few of these babies without too much trouble!

Please note: I am not a qualified trainer. This is a routine I devised myself that works for me. You may get different results. If you are starting out with strength training I recommend you get your doctor’s okay & consult with a certified trainer.
