20 Minute Toned Arms Workout

Get visible results in just two months!

This is the workout that gave me visibly slimmer and more toned arms in just two months! To keep things fresh, I incorporated some military-style training with more traditional weights exercises. It’s quite challenging but don’t worry if you can’t keep up with me (even I struggled!) – simply work at your own pace and build up as you get stronger. For best results, do this workout 3 x per week on non-consecutive days.
