How I got a flat belly over 50 … in just two months!

This is the workout that flattened, shaped and toned my belly in just two months! These exercises work your deep core abdominals and obliques, to give you the flattest stomach and a more defined waist, in the shortest amount of time. As always, this workout is challenging but definitely doable, and suitable for all exercise levels.
Equipment: One dumbbell or a melon!
