10 minute daily workout with me

Work out with me and get strong & toned in just 10 minutes a day!

This is a full body workout requiring no equipment, not even a mat. With a fun mix of Pilates, Isometrics and body weight exercises, my new routine is ideal for beginners, but if you’re ready for something more challenging you can easily increase the intensity by adding hand weights.

We’re doing 10 exercises, for 1 minute each – as many reps as you can manage. Follow along with me and you’ll be surprised how easily and quickly the time flies! I hope you enjoy this workout as much as I do – I plan to do it every day and I’d love you to join me!
